Whenever I have the feeling to skip a day after already being there the day before, I remember how I could lose out on some good stuff. If I never went today I wouldn't have found this beautiful 1-Liter stein:
Its from a Lowenbraukeller Munchen restaurant, unused condition.
I've seen a lot of German things lately. Particularly books and records. It usually takes a few days for all the stuff from a particular donation to get on the shelves. I'm hoping for something big and that I can get a hold of it.
back to business...
These books:
From Left: A book about war regalia, tons of color illustrations and photos of military uniforms, medals, WWI plane decorations, division insignias, etc. UN fortunately only a few pages are dedicated to Nazi regalia. I did however find an amazing SS recruiting poster in those pages, but thats all I'll say on this topic because my WWII blog doesn't exist (yet). Still a great book.
The next book is a good LIFE book on Pearl Harbor, and the other is an illustrated book on every important beer from every part of the world ( goodbye liver).
