I forgot to post this from 2 days ago. I found it in the jacket of another record. Its a stock card pullout record from Hustler Magazine 1987, of a porn star who committed suicide a few years before; Colleen Applegate. It plays at 33 1/3 rpm and it says it talks about her personal moments that she recorded herself on a personal tape recorder. Interesting!:
