I now have 13 of the 39 volumes of this WWII set that Time-Life put out in the early 80s, thanks to these six: The Battle of the Atlantic, Blitzkrieg, Prelude to War, Russia Besieged, The Rising Sun and The Battle of Britain:


I then headed over to the outlet, where I found this particularly intersting book, hand-bound of various magazine and newspaper clippings from the mid 19th century, lots of weird facts and observations:


I particularly enjoy the comics, which are unfunny, but funny in the sense that the humor is so dry:


More books; there's another WWII set thats growing, i now have 3 in this series. A Popular Science magazine from 1959, I like looking at the vintage car and cigarette ads from this era:
