I didn't think I was gonna make it in today, with a delivery to Pembroke in shit weather and almost time for my shift I did a fast run and luckily I did because I got to sort through a cart of yet-to-be-put-out records. Best vinyl haul to date.
The goods: The Impossible Dream: The Story of the 1967 Boston Red Sox ( this one sells for $25 I found out, and the record itself has seen maybe a single play). A bunch of Johny Cash records: Johnny Cash At San Quentin, Johnny Cash's Greatest Hits Vol. 1, Hello, I'm Johnny Cash and Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison. Led Zeppelin IV, Deep Purple Machine Head, Black Sabbath Vol. 4 and Paranoid:
I saw one of the customers who frequents the restaurant and she apparently got to this stack before me and asked for my advice on if her son would like the ones she picked up. Of course they were ones I wanted. She had the Beatles Help!, Led Zeppelin II and a Grateful Dead Best of. I told her if he didn't want them she knew where to find me.
